To modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@puppipop.com including your order number and detailed description of the desired changes. We will acknowledge your request promptly and confirm upon implementing the necessary modifications or cancellation.

Please be advised that order cancellations or modifications are only feasible within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, orders proceed to processing and cannot be altered.

We also wish to inform you that requests for design changes, especially during peak holiday seasons, may result in extended processing times. Consequently, we cannot assure timely delivery for orders necessitating design alterations in such periods.
